Emil Frei GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter ‘FreiLacke’) makes images available online on its website at www.freilacke.de. The use of FreiLacke’s image material is governed exclusively by the following terms of use. By downloading the images, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of use.

All images in the online image database are protected by copyright. Emil Frei GmbH & Co. KG, trading as “FreiLacke”, must be cited as the source in any publication.

The images may be used for editorial purposes in print and online publications in accordance with applicable press and copyright laws. For any other use, permission must be obtained from the Marketing Department at o.zanner@freilacke.de. FreiLacke reserves the right to revoke permission to use the images at any time on a case-by-case basis, in which case the use of the downloaded images must cease. No transfer of copyright takes place.

Use of this service is free of charge.

Publication and use for commercial purposes (e.g. advertising), as well as the sale or licensing of the images, are prohibited.

The images must be deleted immediately after use. Archiving the images is not permitted.

Any alteration, editing, assembly or manipulation of the images is prohibited and requires the prior written consent of FreiLacke.

The images must not be reproduced in a context that distorts their meaning or in a manner that is detrimental to FreiLacke. Nor may the images be used in connection with criminal, tortious or other unlawful acts.

FreiLacke makes no guarantee or representation that it holds all rights to the images. Claims for damages against FreiLacke arising from the infringement of third-party rights are excluded.

FreiLacke reserves the right to delete and amend the data contained in the image database at any time. The deleted data may then no longer be used.

FreiLacke must be sent a specimen copy of every print publication, unsolicited and free of charge. In the case of an online publication, a specific link must be provided to the email address given below.
