Social engagement

Social responsibility for people and the environment

As a company deeply rooted in this region, we have a special responsibility for the people who work for us, their families and the social environment.
We enthusiastically participate in social projects and support the work of various organisations in order to foster improvement, and allowing us to reap the benefits together.
Social projects for people, the environment and animals are also given extensive support by our apprentices and are a core element of our training philosophy.

Sponsoring

We support employees that are active within clubs and institutions through money or other donations – this is because we encourage volunteering and take immense pride in our employees being role models for both young and old!
We also provide cultural, athletic and educational support. As one of the biggest employers within our region, we want to help strengthen it and contribute our share towards a positive development.
Events for the entire family and other festivities are supposed to ensure that our company does not merely provide our employees with a great place to work, but also allows their families to integrate themselves too.
